Welcome everything that is present in you with compassion.
If there is judgement, listen to the judgement.

You can dig for the need behind the judgement.
Or you can just watch your judgement with compassion.
Don't force anything.
Go with the flow.
Hold everything with care.
Are you the person on the bank watching a sailor in her boat ?
Or are you the boat holding the sailor?
I'm aware you want to be the boat holding the sailor.
You want to experience the flow.
You want to take part.
You want to hold the boat with care.
