Love is a shortcut.
Just open to its expansive connection.
And watch what happens.
Without effort, there is stillness, peace, freedom.
All without effort.
A great welcoming,
embracing,
inviting;
inexhaustible patience,
a container for all things,
all parts of yourself,
all parts of the universe,
all perspectives -
the doer,
the non-doer,
the judger,
the observer.
Everything is infused with gratitude and grace.
There is no separation.
We are one, you and I; the rock, the tree; the sound, the silence; all of it.
Waiting,
watching,
without expectation.
Seeing stories wanting to be born - and watching them while holding the container in awareness.
And the container is large enough to hold all stories - and their opposites - without effort, without fear, without the need to expel or disprove, to understand or analyze, or resolve with any certainty.
Resting in awareness, watching the show.
At one with it, not separate from it.
Feeling what's here now.
Room for stillness and motion,
peace and agitation,
freedom and constraint.
And in that are the ultimate stillness, peace, freedom,
and love.
