What does PRESENCE want me to know?

Invitation to a vulnerable space
makes me feel like being showered with presents
the presence of the you and I
and the space in between
like a magnetic field
an invitation
I accepted
to meet you and the I that I am
to meet the vulnerability between us
the meet the fragility of our space
meeting the stillness of the present moment
being part of the sacred space
and feeling connected to the power of it
sensing you
feeling your vulnerability
meeting my vulnerability through you
being connected through tears
calmness
being invited to the slowness of the breath
feeling supported through a connectedness
as if a gentle warmth touches the skin of my cheeks
meeting you is an honour
being invited into this space is an honour
appreciation
I thank you
I am grateful for being part of this space
bathed in gentleness and surrounded by it
the church bell feels like a sound bowl

Sensing the connection
being invited to the inside of my body
being invited to sense my sensations
feeling the scarf of warmth that protects my centre of vulnerability
the connectedness of the gentleness between us
listening to the deep sound of the gong
to the materiality of it
exhaling and arriving while staying
saying goodbye to judgements
and feeling invited to the exploration thereof
