Today is a day when you can relax. 
Come home to yourself.
Listen to the sounds, smell the air and taste life.
Come back to the joy within.
Come home to yourself.

Today relax.
Orientate towards silence and stillness.
Gather your energies.
Don't worry about what you should or should not have done.
All that is gone now.
Walk slowly.
Smile kindly.
Today is a day to do nothing.

Notice what is beautiful.
Nothing special needs to happen.
Find happiness in the smallest things like doing laundry, putting on your shoes, and drinking water.
Sit for a while.
Practice patience.
Today is a day to walk barefoot in the grass, to stand under the shadow of the trees and to even lie on the grass.
Trust your heart.
Listen to it.

You cannot change the past, but you can listen today.
Find silence and rest in stillness. Drink from the day.
Allow a stillness to fall over your life.
Let it all stop, slow down and then you will know.
It does not matter who you are or what you have.

Don't do anything unless it is not you doing it.
Then you will know what is important.
Keep that burning like a candle flame.
Only place attention on what is nourishing.
Today is a day to be gentle with yourself.
Today is a day to be happy.
It is this that will give you energy.
