The LIGHT I Am, what do you want me to know?

I want you to see you are Love, Love is your nature, Love is your essence.
It will, from time to time, be covered by, dressed with fog, clouds, even storms; irritation, resentment, sometimes hate.
They are Love in disguise.
You might want to get rid of them because they are uneasy.
I want you to see they crave for Love.
If you can't acknowledge them, welcome them, embrace them, see the beauty in them, enjoy them, if you can't love them, I want you to know it's OK, I want you to ask for help, ask for light, ask for love.
Call an empathy Angel.
Love is the answer.
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that."
Ask for love until you can see through the envelop, see the heart, see the humanity, see the perfect imperfection, see the good intentions, see the beautiful needs.
I want you to know that Love is your essence and it needs to be honoured, celebrated and nurtured.
In the same way as you do for the sun you celebrate in June, the rain you welcome in September, the aurora you admire in the morning, the arms of Morpheus you're falling in at night, the light that illuminates your path, the shadow you can rest in, the fire you feed with logs in winter, the icecream you treat yourself with in summer, ...
How will you honour, celebrate the Love, the Light you are?
How will you nourrish the Love, the Light you are ?
... with presence, space, time, attention, curiosity, wonder, acknowledgement, tenderness, understanding, trust, patience, calm, exploration, ligthness, humour, gratitude, ...?
