The Fear of Fear
Mar 10, 2021by Kerstin Halt
The fear of fear
infinitely embrace.
Sink.
Immersion.
This storm of numbness
held in the waves
of my breath.
Trembling in the powerlessness
of not being heard.
Vulnerability is the
sinking into dying.
What is dying?
To surrender
into the primal longing
for being held
and not being held.
For a moment
saying yes
to dying.
To selvation.
Infinite peace
at the end.
Surrender to your powerlessness
is the loss,
the abandonment
of all attachments.
Am I still human then?
Beloved being,
when you plunge into powerlessness
and surrender to dying,
you have given up
what weakens you.
Then the sea of peace emerges.
There you sink in.
Look at life
from this perspective
and feel
as if you were born again.
As if you were
loving for the first time,
laughing for the first time,
crying for the first time.
The ocean opens up to you.
It invites you
to die
and
to awaken.
To see with the eyes
of the unknown.
Dear being,
you are here.
Arrived.
And infinitely loved.
Thank you!
