Messages from within

From the stillness what is most useful to be shared now?

by Joel Silberman

Stillness invites grace.
There is room to breathe.
A divine partnership is revealed.
A divinity so great that it transcends all - it is needed and not needed - it supports you and you support it - you are mirror images of each other and the same.

Like a stake in the garden for a vine to grow on, you support the divine with your upright stillness and receptive grace.
You invite grace, and you are grace.
The divine appears externally and internally – as the supporter and the supported.
Breathing.
Hearing sounds.
Swaying.
Feeling the vibrations.
Not knowing.
Floating in the warm pool of the unknown – balmy, warm, gentle, supporting.
Shoulders rise and fall.
The ribs and back undulate with the breath.
Rocking back and forth.
Pivoting.
Adjusting.
Aligning with the flow.
The silent partner is always there – a loving presence – a gentle hand – a knowing smile.
Tensions dissolve as if by a caring masseuse – aches, pains still perceptible but no longer enemies – their energies in harmony with the loving intent of a caring presence.
That presence is me and not me.
It is bigger, more universal – and yet sometimes smaller, more personal and intimate.
It takes many forms.
It is all forms and no form at all.
Stop.
Wait.
Connect.
Tune into stillness.
Stillness is an invitation to the divine.
It is a doorway available to you whenever you want to open it and see what happens.
