Bring the inside out

The outside in

To Give and to Receive are one in Truth

No Difference

The conditioned mind – the activity “labeled” ego preaches…

“Seek and Do Not Find”

I tell you…

“Rest and Be and Watch and Trust”

Inside Peace

Outside Peace

If “Outside” scares you bring your attention inside and you will find the Dark Lesson – the belief that there is a place God’s Love cannot Flow.

This belief is simply not true.

Withdraw your attention from the belief and watch with gentle curiosity.

Watch with Awareness

Choose to take my hand, rest the frantic doing and “figuring out” and watch as the passing cloud fades away.

Fear/Pain felt on the “inside”?

Inside of what?

Who is experiencing the pain?

Gentle looking – can you find or identify the one who is experiencing the pain?

Take my hand, sink deeper, just let it happen.

What sits beneath the pain?

Can you see it?  The belief that you are separate from God?

Let it come into the light.  See the activity of the mind’s frantic attempts to keep it rooted.

Gently smile and watch and be.

Bring it to the light of Awareness.

Bring it into the light and watch it pass

No more than a cloud temporarily blocking the Sun.

This is your Divine Appointment.
